3. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain Services require a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing, included features, billing intervals, and applicable usage limits will be disclosed during signup or purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processing providers to charge the selected payment method for applicable subscription fees and taxes.
Unless otherwise disclosed when you subscribe, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.

Unless otherwise stated in your subscription terms, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Fees already paid are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or expressly provided under an applicable refund policy.
We may change subscription prices by providing advance notice as required by law. Price changes will apply to a future billing period, and customers may cancel before the change becomes effective.

11. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Humble Mops relies on third-party technology providers for certain functionality, which may include application hosting, databases, email delivery, messaging, and billing.
These services may be subject to the providers' own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for outages or failures of independent third-party services beyond our reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Features dependent on external providers may be modified or temporarily unavailable.
12. Service Availability and Updates
We strive to provide reliable and secure Services.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Services may experience interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, security incidents, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers may request available data exports before account termination.
After Customer Data has been permanently deleted, recovery may no longer be possible.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, unlawful use, security threats, or unresolved payment failures, subject to applicable law and any required notice or opportunity to cure.

You retain all applicable ownership rights in your Customer Data.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Humble Mops provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be disclaimed.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gleam Bee Cleaning Service, LLC and its officers, employees, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services
-
Customer Data or communications you provide through the platform

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
The parties agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally before initiating legal proceedings.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief when legally appropriate.

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect operational changes, new features, legal requirements, or updates to our business practices.
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when required by law or when changes materially affect customer rights.
Changes will not apply retroactively unless permitted by applicable law and agreement.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
Continued use after properly notified changes take effect may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
20. General Provisions
These Terms, together with any applicable order, subscription terms, Privacy Policy, and other expressly incorporated agreements, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of substantially all relevant business assets, subject to applicable law.
